Does this sound familiar?

You Google PMOS.
You change your diet.
You still feel confused.

First, someone tells you to stop eating rice. Then you hear about inositol, intermittent fasting, cutting sugar and exercising more.

Meanwhile, you're wondering why your periods are irregular, why you're still getting acne or unwanted hair growth, or what PMOS might mean for fertility.

And you start asking yourself: "Am I missing something?"

Before trying another strategy, let's understand the bigger PMOS picture and why not every piece of advice applies to every woman.

Inside the masterclass

Understand what matters before trying another PMOS strategy.

We'll explore three important shifts to help you move beyond conflicting advice and think more clearly about your PMOS health.

01

PMOS is bigger than periods and weight

Understand how PMOS can involve cycle health, symptoms, metabolic health and future wellbeing. Learn why your symptoms don't necessarily tell the whole story.

02

Why there is no single perfect PMOS plan

Discover why two women with the same diagnosis may need different approaches to food, movement and supplements. Your starting point and health goals matter.

03

Rice, exercise and supplements: what should you actually consider?

Learn why you don't automatically need to give up your favourite Asian foods, follow an extreme workout routine or buy every supplement recommended online.

04

How to know what to work on first

Explore a simple process to understand your starting point, prioritise what deserves attention, implement realistic changes and review what's working.

Meet your host

Hi, I'm Xinthia.

I help women understand their PMOS and make practical decisions about food, movement and health.

I've experienced how confusing it can be when your cycle isn't behaving the way you expect, and you're trying to figure out what to change.

Through working with women with PMOS, I kept noticing something. Many weren't lacking effort. They were trying so many different things, but nobody had helped them understand what actually mattered for their situation.

That's why I care about making PMOS education more practical, personalised and relevant to real life, including Asian foods and busy schedules.

That's the conversation I want to start in this masterclass.

Feedback reflects individual experiences and does not guarantee a particular result. Johar's review specifically describes PMOS/PCOS support; the other reviews reflect broader personalised coaching experiences and are not evidence of PMOS outcomes. These testimonials concern coaching, not attendance at the free masterclass. Programme formats and inclusions may have changed since the feedback was shared.

Is this for you?

You'll feel at home here if...

  • You've recently been diagnosed with PMOS and don't know where to start.
  • You're trying to understand changes in your cycle, acne, hair, weight or metabolic health.
  • You're thinking about fertility and want to understand where nutrition and lifestyle fit.
  • You're tired of conflicting advice about rice, supplements, exercise and what you "should" do.
  • You want a clearer way to decide what deserves attention first.

You don't need a perfect diet, a gym routine or all the answers before attending.

Your PMOS reflection

01. What's the one thing you most want to improve?

02. What have you already tried, and why hasn't it worked for you?

Your masterclass reflection

Leave with a clearer starting point.

Near the end of the masterclass, I'll guide you through two questions to help you reflect on your PMOS priorities.

  • What is the one thing you most want to improve?
  • What have you already tried that hasn't worked for you?

No extra list of rules. Just a moment to think about where you want to focus.

Before trying another PMOS tip,
give yourself a clearer starting point.

Understand the bigger picture, why the same approach doesn't fit everyone, and how to think about what matters most for you.
