You’re making changes. But are they the changes you need?

You’ve saved the recipes, read about supplements and tried to be more consistent.

Yet everyday decisions still feel confusing.

“Can I eat rice, and how much is enough?”

You want meals that support your health without feeling hungry or cooking separately from everyone else.

“What should I actually do when I exercise?”

You want to build strength, but choosing exercises, weights and a routine feels overwhelming.

“Why am I still struggling?”

Cravings, low energy, unpredictable periods or weight changes leave you questioning whether your efforts are helping.

“Which advice applies to me?”

You’re tired of collecting recommendations without knowing what deserves your attention first.

Let’s give your effort a clearer direction.

Client experiences

What personalised support has felt like.

Excerpts from women I’ve worked with.

Xinthia is my best decision to regulate my pcos/pmos symptoms. I have worked with many dietician before, but xinthia is just very different, she starts her plan from my level of fitness and lifestyle, which was easier to follow than just given and asked to follow a perfect meal plan suddenly. She also helped me optimise my gerd symptoms and was there in every step of the programme, totally will recommend her if anyone needs a dietician and don’t know how to begin their journey.

Here are some changes I’ve noticed from following Xinthia's guidance in the program:

  • Regular menstrual cycle (previously sometimes went 3–6 months without a period unless induced)
  • Clearer skin on my face and less rough and bumpy skin on arms
  • Less frequent GI issues
  • Improved cholesterol level
Nyla

The mystery of my tiredness was solved… my period just arrived out of the blue 🤣 whatever Xinthia was doing with me did working

27 days! I think this is the most “normal” my cycle has ever been!

I finally feel I can connect the dots abt what drives this condition n how to reduce the effects. I got almost 0 from my doctors before.

Meet your dietitian & coach

Hi, I’m Xinthia. Let’s make this feel more manageable.

I’m a Women’s Health Dietitian and Personal Trainer, and the founder of UWUFIT.

I’ve experienced irregular cycles, restrictive eating and overexercising myself. I understand how confusing it can feel when you’re putting in effort but don’t know what to change.

Through working with women with PMOS, I kept noticing how many were already trying so hard. They needed help deciding what mattered for their situation and making it work in daily life.

That’s why I created Thrive.

My aim is to help you understand your priorities, build confidence with food and movement, and become more comfortable making your own decisions.

How long will I have support?

Your personalised coaching runs for 12 weeks. This includes your scheduled calls, weekly food journal reviews and Monday–Friday WhatsApp support.

You also receive four additional weeks of portal access and one bonus check-in call to consolidate your learning and discuss next steps. These additional weeks do not extend WhatsApp support.

Is the programme fully online?

Yes. Coaching calls and learning resources are delivered online, subject to suitable appointment times.

In-person personal training is a separate service.

Will I need to cut out rice, carbs, dairy or gluten?

There is no blanket requirement to remove these foods. We consider your individual needs and diagnosed conditions.

Your nutrition guidance works with foods you enjoy, with practical support on portions, balance and variety.

What if weight loss isn’t my goal?

You don’t need a weight-loss goal to join. Your priorities might include eating patterns, strength, energy, cravings, cycle awareness or creating a more manageable routine.

I’m trying to conceive. Is Thrive suitable?

It may be. Include your fertility goals and any current treatment in your application. We’ll discuss whether Thrive or a fertility-focused service is the more appropriate fit.

Coaching supports nutrition and lifestyle alongside medical care. It does not guarantee ovulation, pregnancy or treatment success.

Do I need gym experience?

No. Your movement guidance accounts for your starting point, available equipment and routine. Your programme can be planned for home or gym.

What results can I expect?

We’ll agree on goals relevant to you and review progress throughout coaching. These may include more consistent meals, greater confidence exercising and progress towards your health goals.

Individual responses vary. Changes in weight, cycles, blood results or symptoms are not guaranteed. Some concerns require medical assessment or treatment.

Does applying mean I have to join?

No. Your application and clarity call help us understand your needs and explore whether Thrive is a good fit.

If we both decide to proceed, you’ll receive payment and onboarding details.

Does Thrive replace my doctor’s care?

No. Thrive provides dietetic, movement and lifestyle support alongside your healthcare.

Diagnosis, medication and medical treatment remain with your doctor or relevant specialist.

You’ve put effort into managing your PMOS. Let’s work out your next step together.
