Here’s what to expect over the next few days:

 

📩 Step 1: Check Your Email

 

You’ll receive a Welcome Email shortly with:

  • What to focus on first

  • How to prepare for your initial call

  • Important next steps to get started smoothly

  •  If you don’t see it within 10–15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

     

📅 Step 2: We'll Prepare Your Onboarding

 

Approximately 7 days before your program start date, you'll receive access to Practice Better, where you'll be asked to:

✓ Complete your onboarding forms

✓ Sign your agreement and waiver

✓ Complete your health assessment

✓ Review your grocery shopping guide

✓ Book your first consultation

 


📚 Step 3: Get Ready For Your First Call

 

Before your first consultation, you'll be asked to:

✓ Complete all onboarding forms

✓ Take photos of your meals for 3 days (sent to me via WhatsApp)

✓ Reflect on your goals and current challenges

This helps me provide more personalised recommendations from the very beginning.
