3. Introductory Teleconsultations
- We may offer a complimentary introductory teleconsultation to provide general information about our services and to determine whether our programme, service, or product may be suitable for you. Any such complimentary teleconsultation is provided on a non-obligatory basis and is intended for general discussion purpose only.
- Where a complimentary introductory teleconsultation is offered:
- you acknowledge and agree that such consultations will be conducted via third-party videoconferencing platforms selected by us.
- you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment, software, internet connectivity, and a suitable private environment to participate in the consultation.
- you are responsible for joining the consultation at the scheduled time. Late arrival will result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the consultation.
- you must ensure that you attend the consultation from a private and secure location, and that no unauthorised third party is able to hear, view, or participate in the session.
- you must not record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture any part of the consultation (whether audio or visual), unless prior written consent has been obtained from us. We will likewise not record the consultation without your consent.
- you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the teleconsultation link and must not share it with any other person.
- you acknowledge and accept that the use of telehealth technologies involves inherent risks, including interruptions, delays, technical failures, or unauthorised access despite reasonable safeguards. We will take reasonable steps to use secure platforms; however, we do not guarantee that the consultation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where a consultation cannot proceed as scheduled due to technical difficulties, we may, at our discretion, conduct the session via an alternative secure platform or reschedule the consultation to a mutually agreed date and time.
We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue the complimentary teleconsultations at any time.
